Accommodation, lift passes, ski school, equipment rental, transfers and the mandatory local tourist tax are quoted on separate lines. Nothing is folded into a headline figure, and the total appears at the foot of the sheet before a single item is reserved.
dataconsulst.com is registered as a sole proprietor in Ukraine, EDRPOU 41024865, and acts as an intermediary. We plan and administer your booking. The travel contract itself is issued by the accommodation provider or operator named in your dossier, and that supplier's terms govern the trip.
Cancellation, amendment and weather-related cancellation terms are set by each supplier. They are quoted verbatim in the dossier before any payment is taken. We do not summarise them as one flexible policy, because they are not one policy.

Fixed bands · no percentage markup
The planning fee follows the scope of the dossier and the size of the group, never the price of the holiday. It is invoiced once and appears as its own line on the cost sheet, so it is not absorbed invisibly into an accommodation rate.
