Agency role and status

dataconsulst.com (private entrepreneur, registration code 41024865) acts as an intermediary — a tourism agency. We arrange ski packages supplied by third-party tour operators, hotels, carriers and ski schools, and we do not operate flights, lifts or accommodation ourselves. Our tourism-sector status and the statutory tourism-service information are given under Закон України «Про туризм» від 15.09.1995 № 324/95-ВР.

Who collects payment and issues the travel contract

Payment is collected by dataconsulst.com as agent. The travel contract is concluded between you and the supplier named in your booking summary, and dataconsulst.com issues the confirmation. The supplier's identity, the total price and the key terms are shown before you confirm a booking, as required by Закон України «Про електронну комерцію» від 03.09.2015 № 675-VIII.

Supplier terms

The supplier's cancellation, amendment, baggage, transfer and force-majeure conditions apply to your trip. Prices and availability are indicative until confirmed. Statements about packages, prices and personalisation are truthful and substantiated in line with Закон України «Про рекламу» від 03.07.1996 № 270/96-ВР.
