1. Our role
We act as tourism agency and online booking intermediary only; your travel contract is with the supplier named in your confirmation, under Закон України «Про туризм» від 15.09.1995 № 324/95-ВР.
2. Booking and payment
Prices, contents and availability are shown before confirmation and may change until payment; cancellation terms are those shown at checkout, under Закон України «Про електронну комерцію» від 03.09.2015 № 675-VIII.
3. Insurance and risk
Winter sports carry inherent risk; you must hold medical, accident and repatriation insurance and accept the risk of injury or itinerary change.
- Give accurate passport and travel details.
- Follow resort and supplier safety rules.
4. Liability and advertising
We are liable for our intermediary duties only, not for supplier performance or force majeure, save where Закон України «Про захист прав споживачів» від 12.05.1991 № 1023-XII prevents exclusion.
Price and availability claims are truthful under Закон України «Про рекламу» від 03.07.1996 № 270/96-ВР.
5. Complaints and rights
Write to contact@dataconsulst.com; we reply within 30 days. You may escalate disputes to the State Consumer Protection Service under Закон України «Про захист прав споживачів» від 12.05.1991 № 1023-XII.
6. Data and cookies
We process your personal and booking data to perform your contract under Закон України «Про захист персональних даних» від 01.06.2010 № 2297-VI; non-essential cookies run only with consent under Закон України «Про електронні комунікації» від 16.12.2020 № 1089-IX.
