This page explains how snow and weather conditions may affect the ski trips and services offered through dataconsulst.com, and sets out your rights and the information we must give you before you book.

1. Snow and weather are not guaranteed

Natural snow cover, snow depth, temperature, wind, visibility and avalanche risk are outside our control. We do not guarantee any particular snow or weather condition, snow depth, number of open slopes or lifts, or the operation of any activity on your travel dates. Descriptions, photographs and seasonal averages are indicative only and may change without notice.

2. Activities and service providers

Unless we expressly state otherwise in your booking confirmation, dataconsulst.com acts as an online booking agency and not as the provider of ski, snowboard, guiding, rental, transport or other leisure activities. Those activities are performed by independent providers under their own terms, and their safety and operating decisions depend on weather and snow conditions.

3. Travel and sports insurance

We strongly recommend appropriate travel and winter-sports insurance covering medical treatment, rescue and evacuation, cancellation, delay, baggage and liability. Check that your policy covers off-piste activity and the specific resort and dates. Lack of snow or adverse weather does not by itself create a right to a refund, but your statutory consumer rights always apply.

4. Prices, availability and advertising

Information about packages, prices, availability and personalisation is presented truthfully and based on the details available to us at the time. We do not make misleading claims about snow or weather. Any change affecting your booking will be communicated to you promptly.

5. Your rights and complaints

If you are not satisfied, you may escalate the dispute to the State Service of Ukraine on Food Safety and Consumer Protection. This is without prejudice to your rights under the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection" No. 1023-XII of 12.05.1991.

6. Personal data and cookies

We process names, contact details, passport or travel details and booking preferences only on a lawful basis and with a privacy notice. Non-essential cookies and similar tracking are disclosed and used with your consent.
