Pricing and Inclusions Policy
dataconsulst.com arranges ski trips as a tourism-sector entity (tour operator / travel agency) under Закон України «Про туризм» від 15.09.1995 № 324/95-ВР. Below is the total price of a booking and what it covers.
1. Total price
The price shown at checkout is the total for the booking as configured. It includes all mandatory taxes, statutory fees, service charges and mandatory insurance, and no further mandatory charge is added after you confirm.
Optional extras are priced separately, shown before confirmation and added only with your consent, per Закон України «Про електронну комерцію» від 03.09.2015 № 675-VIII.
2. Included
- Accommodation for the stated nights and category.
- Lift passes listed in the offer.
- Mandatory travel and medical insurance for the ski programme.
3. Not included
- Air travel, visas and border fees.
- Meals and drinks not listed in the offer.
- Ski school, guiding, equipment upgrades and damage deposits.
4. Price changes and advertising
Pricing errors or tax changes may be corrected before payment; you see the revised total and may cancel free of charge. Claims about packages, prices, availability and personalisation are truthful and substantiated per Закон України «Про рекламу» від 03.07.1996 № 270/96-ВР.
5. Complaints and escalation
Send complaints to contact@dataconsulst.com or the postal address above; we reply within 10 business days. Unresolved disputes may be escalated to the State Service of Ukraine on Food Safety and Consumer Protection under Закон України «Про захист прав споживачів» від 12.05.1991 № 1023-XII.
6. Personal data
Names, contact details, passport/travel data and booking preferences are processed with your consent and to perform the travel contract, with the notice required by Закон України «Про захист персональних даних» від 01.06.2010 № 2297-VI.
